I’m seeing the end in sight for Riding the Storm. So many things have changed from how it started it out. Characters have revealed a lot to me and basically this means editing is going to be daunting and long.
So my goal for the week: Finish the rough draft come hell or high water, so hopefully I can get started on editing it next Friday or the latest next Monday. I’m very excited about this one, especially seeing the cover if accepted by my publisher.
I can’t really give a lot of details about this story, but let’s just say it involves a widower (Matthew), a girl (Zara), and a pregnancy. *Crossing my fingers* for publication!
P.S. Don’t forget to check out my interview about interracial romance and Alan Rickman with author A.D Blackburn.
Hey, good luck! Sounds intriguing and I cannot believe you write all night!
I usually stay up until around 2, sometimes longer. Or sometimes I’ll go to sleep earlier and wake up around 3 or 4 to get some writing in. I’t just impossible in the daytime with my children.
These three words has me intrique a widower, a girl, and a pregnancy…now I am hook. I want more……
Hey Cinquetta. Glad to see you stopped by again! I love your enthusiasm for my writing and I always try to think of readers like you when editing is hard. I just want to write the best story I can.
Good luck with finishing the manuscript. I know what you mean about the characters changing things on you as you write. LOL. I just finished one like that. I had to rewrite the synopsis to accommodate their wishes. 🙂
