Happy Holidays everyone. The kiddies are all at home and I’m still taking a little break from writing, to just enjoy the holidays and get so much stuff done. Still haven’t started wrapping the presents. And we haven’t gotten a tree yet. Tradition here is to get the Christmas tree the day before Christmas and have the kids surprised when they wake up in the morning and see it with the presents. As for which day is actual Christmas, I’m still a bit confused since it’s supposed to last for three days. Meh, I’m just going with the flow and making sure I have everything ready.
Today is the first day we’ve gotten a decent amount of snow and I wanted to share a pic with you all, since the kids dragged me out so they could play in the snow/slush. And of course I hope all of your holiday plans are coming along nicely 🙂
Ohhh D, Your town is so beautiful. I wish we had just a little snow here for christmas! In Tennessee, USA, not going to happen this year. I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday! Maureen
Thanks Maureen. Talk about beautiful. My family and I once drove through a bit of Tennessee on our way to Missouri and it was gorgeous. It was the prettiest state we passed through on the journey. I hope the same for you and your family too. Take care 🙂
It is very beautiful. I was 30 when we moved here, and was in awe of seeing the leaves change color! I grew up at the beach in California, and had never seen that before. Now, I dread it, raking sucks! Merry Christmas sweetie, enjoy your family.
