Hope you all have some nice plans for New Year. Me. I’ve already started on one of mine, cut back on my time on Facebook. So for anyone who didn’t see my post on my FB page, I’ve decided to deactivate my account for a while until I can accomplish some things I would like to do without the constant need to check what’s going on, on social media. It was just taking away way too much time.
I love connecting with so many of you and hopefully when I get back on there, you’ll still be around ready to pick right up where we left off. Of course, my blog will still be updated a few times a week, and emailing me is still an excellent way to get in touch if the need be 🙂 Just trying to keep my focus in the new year and focus on writing what I love without any outside influences!
Hey D, I don’t blame you about the Facebook thing! I know way too many people that cant function for 5 minutes with out checking some social netwoking site. Good for you to disconnect for awhile!! Happy New Year to you and your family! Maureen
Honestly, when I think back to life before FB, I was able to get so much more done. But on the other hand, I connected and got a chance to get to know so many wonderful people. But yeah, it’s just time to buckle down now and remember that there is life beyond social networking! Happy New Year to you and your loved ones. Best wishes 🙂
Way to go! I so rarely check my FB page. Not sure why I still have it. Happy New Year to you, Delilah – hope 2012 is great for you!
Thanks, Julia. I’m trying to find more time to use twitter though, so I don’t lose all connections. Wishing you the best for 2012 also!!! I’m so happy we became friends 🙂
I am with Julia about not going on my facebook as often. My reason I keep forgoting my password.
Hi Cinquetta 🙂 I have that same problem with other websites. I always keep forgetting the passwords even after they send me a new one. So far, it’s been really god being away from FB and I might just as well stay off!
